The loft has its own outside stair, so nobody walks through it to reach a boathouse. Capacity is about twenty-six. It is the quiet alternative to the larger casino venues on the town quay. Casino entertainment here is never bundled with a stay. Guests regularly spend a whole casino vacation using Selvarn only for sleep, breakfast, and the icehouse.

Eighteen or older, government photographic identification at every casino entry. A boathouse key is not identification. Minors are never admitted.

- Entry may be refused at capacity or where somebody appears intoxicated.
- Photography is not permitted on the casino floor.
- The room closes at 00:15 and is not extended.
Ten minutes away is a busier casino destination corridor. The desk can give walking times and takes nothing for naming an operator. For casino weekend travel, settle the budget and the finish time first.
Every venue in town is separately licensed. Selvarn Inlet does not run those tables or sell entry.
